Where to Buy the Cusco Tourist Ticket

These tickets don’t sell out and don’t need to be purchased in advance. It’s recommended to buy them upon arrival in Cusco.

Buy at COSITUC

Purchase your tickets when you arrive in Cusco at the COSITUC (Committee of Integrated Cultural Tourism Services-Cusco) office. This organization is in charge of the administration of the Cusco Tourist Ticket.

• Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Branch Office

• Address: Corner of Garcilaso Street and Heladeros s/n (Casa Garcilaso).
• Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Tourist Information Office – GERCETUR

• Address: Calle Mantas 117-A.
• Hours: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Buy at Tourist Sites

It’s important to know that you can also buy the Cusco Tourist Ticket at the sites you visit, included in any of the tickets. For example, you can buy the Cusco Tourist Ticket at the Pisac Archaeological Center, right at the entrance. You can purchase the Cusco Tourist Ticket at the places mentioned, except for the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Pachacútec Monument.

• Remember: Even if you only want to visit one of the attractions included in the Cusco Tourist Ticket, you still need to pay for the entire ticket because you can’t pay for individual attractions.

If you plan to take free tours in Cusco, you won’t need the Cusco Tourist Ticket unless you decide to participate in the free tour of Sacsayhuamán. Here is an informative table:

• Students:
  • Full BTC: 70 Soles | No partial BTC for students.
  • Requirements:
    • Must be under 25 years old and not yet turned 25.
    • Carry your Original Identification Document and/or passport.
    • If you’re not Peruvian, present your ISIC Card.
    • If you’re Peruvian, bring your Student Card issued by SUNEDU.
    • If you’re under 18, you don’t need any type of student card, but bring your Identification Document.
    • Children under 10 years old enter for free; just bring their Identification Documents; however, note that authorities may change the rules occasionally.
  • Make sure to carry your Original Identification Document, Passport, or Card, as photocopies or digital photos are not accepted.
